Involved: No one, expect the SRU Sergeant, but I can't remember his name.
Why we should unban you: First of all, yeah I D/Ced to avoid an arrest. But he
tried to arrest me for Hit And Run when I hit someone who was jaywalking so it wasn't
even my fault. I also didn't escape. So this wasn't even the true reason. But you admins
didn't want to stop him. So I D/Ced because I didn't want to go for 15 min to Jail for nothing.

Just because you feel like someone else break the rules doesn't allow you to break the rules yourself.
You choosed to disconnect to avoid arrest, knowing this is against the rules.
