Summary: Doge! was a bystander to a killing. He was not relevant to it. He comes in as a citizen and RDMs two police officers. He then stated that FearRP was off because he was assaulted. He did this in the second half of the video.

I do admit i forgot to change my job to Criminal, but i killed the officers because i was shot by them and fear rp was off.

I do not see how they shot you? I caught, and you can see one of them running into the bank in which point they never did fire their gun at you. I'd also like to know how it was them. Was there a bit of Metagaming there aswell?

How did you know that he was the one who shot you? If he ran into the bank, how did you know where he went?

Its plain and simple in multiple sections of the rules, you simply should not be killing as a Citizen. Approved. Player has an extensive history of breaking rules both shown in his Bans and Blacklists,
clearly has no intentions of proper roleplay or adapting to its rules.
