This bug has been around for ages. It isn't gamebreaking though, as it's a clientside bug, meaning you're the only one who sees it like that :) so you aren't magically doing twirls on other people's screens ^^

This Indeed happens In thirdperson while using sit, but just disabled third person when you seated down by doing ctrl+tab and Its gone and back to normal.

Clientside issue, just use Gmod third person in seats.
