With the evidence provided I can gather that this could have been a mistake on the officer's part considering only 1 shot was fired.

You can clearly see for a split second when starting the video that he was attempting to shoot me, he than proceeded to run away and shot the AFK standing person In the garage before running away again.
Video Isn't that clear as It didn't record the first couple seconds as I noticed.

After reviewing the video again, I see what you mean he had shot a few times.
Approved, player will be punished accordingly.
