Why: FearRP(3rd ban for same reason)
Summary: Well for a start the S.R.U Sergant wasn't pointing the gun t my body it was pointing at a wall meaning i can run,also my sound isn't working and he was using voice chat i told him to type cause my sound isn't working carry on,so what do you expect? I tried explain that to spear but oh,no before i can finish he says, I am going to ban you! H e didn't even give me a chance to speak and i can run because the sou sergeant was not pointing the gun t my body! Man sort him out or ill post an admin abuse thing on him! I have the right to run if he isn't pointing a gun at my body! And 2days 11hours now come on and its not my 3rd time its my 2second time,and ever since spear was upgraded its always been over a day. Now many others have been ban for 12hours for 5th time by ludo etc. So i say its only fair if I'm unbanned.

He had you under gunpoint and you were running around ignoring the fact that he had an assualt rifle pointed at you. You did not act afraid when you were gunpointed, neither did you follow his orders when he told you not to move. You also said you were sorry and that you will not do it again and so admitting to the FearRP breakage.

He had his gun aimed at you while you were running around screaming. Running around trying to avoid the gunpoint is a clear FearRP breakage. He had his gun pointed directly at you and you did not act afraid at all.
