Summary: After a majority of the players logged off, everyone that was on was standing together in various parts of the town, in the first case, Wells CDM'd everyone who was on the sidewalk with his car, then proceeded to RDM pretty much anyone

Approved, both players know better and did this on purpose. They will both receive a one week suspension.
