Summary: The player mentioned above raided me without a reason, and when I killed him in self defense a few minutes later (definetly less than 10) he raided me again.

After going over both videos carefully I've seen that the player raiding you in video one and video two are not the same person,
are you able to provide any additional evidence regarding both raids?

It might be because of the video compression, but on the uncompressed videos you can clearly see it's the same player:

Same player ID, steam name, ingame name and description. The accused player switched jobs between raids. If it is needed I may upload the uncompressed and uncut video to youtube.

This newly provided evidence is sufficient enough, I can see the player's name clearly in both and the time in which he raided you showing only a 4-6 minute gap in between the raids. Player report approved.
