i cant use the server but my donator status is still running out?
WHY the server is always out we are giving money to you? i donated i know but my status going out what are you going to do ?
Can i help to fix the server anyway i have a linux server i can give it to you or mysql server or gmod server i just wanted to help you how can i help you ?

When the server is down, the timer on the DB should stop, If you have days that need refunding, Talk to an admin
(No need for a linux server, as the current one is Windows, and will be moving to a better host within the next week)

This means you are helping the server, not paying for a service.
