Summary: Breaking Fear rp, I also used my mic at times to alert him but i have no recording of this. Also an officer infront of him who tried to stop him.

- Involved.
I saw him running around, punching an officer. He had a tazer pointed at him, but he continued to punch at the officer. I told him twice that he did was wrong, but he continued.

Thanks for the report! However, the evidence is insufficient. A video or many screen shots would be required to prove your statement. We can't make decisions trusting that everyone tells the truth, for unfortunately, they don't.
