New Citizen Playermodels, Playermodel Selector and more - Avgar - 03-13-2016

Today's update brings:
- New male and female playermodels for the citizen job;
- New male fireman playermodels (sharing the same faces as the citizen playermodels);
- New female police officer playermodels (sharing the same faces as the citizen playermodels);
- Playermodel selector (in the F1 menu as well as a separate window);
- More intuitive gender changing (happens instantly if you had just spawned);
- /request displaying UserIDs to the government to allow replying (use /hrequest to hide your UserID);
- Clientside decal clearing (no more broken computers and trash bins lying around) via a button in the Q > Options > FearlessRP > Admin menu (accessible by admins);
Today we add 41 male faces (each having 24 skins in the form of clothes) and 12 female faces (each having 15 skins in the form of clothing). Doing some basic math this comes up with 984 possible unique combinations for male models and 180 unique combinations for female models.

Playermodel Selector
Since we are adding so many new playermodels it would be a shame to not be able to select the one you want and be faced with a random model each time you spawn. Therefore, we are also adding a playermodel selector, with which you will be able to choose a certain model for each job (resets on disconnect) and always spawn with that model.
The way the playermodel selector works is this:
- You can find the playermodel selector in the F1 menu or you can open a separate window via the /playermodel command.
- If you are dead, you are able to freely choose the model you want, once you respawn you will look like you have chosen;
- After just spawning in you will have 3 minutes to customize and instantly change your model, but only if you stay within 300 units from where you spawned. Once those 3 minutes are over, you will only have your model set after the next time you spawn.

More Intuitive Gender Changing
You are no longer required to respawn to change your gender. It works similarly to the playermodel selector by which I mean you will have 3 minutes time to change your gender as long as you stay within 300 units of where you first spawned.
Other
- /request now displays UserIDs to the government to make replies easier. You can use /hrequest to make a request and hide your UserID from the government.
- Clientside decal clearing (no more broken computers and trash bins lying around) via a button in the Q > Options > FearlessRP > Admin menu. This is executable by administrators and will make clientside decals clear for every player on the server. Feel free to request the administrators to push this button via @ chat.
