Summary: After the glitch occurred where the prisoner does not get sent to jail me and a fellow officer [FL:RP] Ghost Rider had to escort him to jails. We arrived at jail floor and when we were almost there he used a racial slur (not caught on video) and he would then refuse to enter the cell, breaking FearRP. He then began to FailRP by not moving back and laughing about it. Player has 9 bans at the moment so I believe this says something about his intentions on the server or the lack of (most of which are FearRP / FailRP related so hopefully you guys understand he is here for nothing but to minge).
