Summary: Me and lord are on patrol when this kid decides to drive onto the sidewalk and injure a citizen. We order this person to hop out of the car and he does. We proceed to aim guns at him and tell him to stop moving so we can issue a warrant for his arrest when he straight up refuses and runs. We taze him and he disconnects to avoid arrest. A lot of PR's today, Jesus.
