Ban KLTC9, the abusive cop. - Moxxa - 01-23-2016
KLTC9, my personal friend, shot me, arrested me, ran infront of my car and screamed cdm. He also blocked me and i ended up running over someone as i couldnt move and he was shooting at me. He was arresting me for assault when infact it was because i didnt let him in my new mercedez bens.
