Unless you have actual proof of him walking around and doing normal duties such as a cop then there isn't enough here to ban him off that.

It was either "patrolling as SRU' or breaking NLR since i died in the nexus. My patrolling didnt extend further then the bank and the border of the slums area.
You killed me in the nexus, hence me not being there or i would breaking NLR. My OOC comment was clearly sarcastic and youre attempting to get me banned in revenge of my BR against you.

Well no in my BR you said if you think that I am breaking any rule post a BR so this is what I did. And you were walking around ( patrolling). O and the place where you where still had NLR.

Well again. Unless you have proof of him doing actual cop jobs then he hasn't done anything wrong. He was waiting outside his NLR zone. Rather then stand around he walked up and down the street.
