Summary:
Levi random raid the president and start Shooting at me as i tried to handcuff a Person. - I killed him (here stopped the record cause when i press "fire", the Video stops...) 1 Minute later as i went down by evelator you can see that he is there again, i saw that they got guns and he broke NLR. after i drove the second time down with the evalator i killed the Gun Dealer(david ollson) and here the Video Ends again - Levi ran into the evelator and pushed instant the button (here was 100% the NLR broken cause he showed up at the top floor again as he was killed 1 Minute before.
