1. I went out and then he Arrest me for "Broke in a House" 2. He not was in a raid he randomly searched the house.

Yes, its one Point, that i Arrest you cause of a law break IC and an other that you didnt follow the FearRP Server Rules, when a gun is pointed at you.
So why, did you enter a house as citizen, when you see a Police car infront with Signal lights on? Smells like FailRP.
