Can't tell if this thread is serious or not. However, I will respond anyhow.
The reason I slept in the bin was for RP reasons. Before this event, I was in a raid. My character was insanely tired after a long fire-fight with you and your whole police force. He doesn't have a home and had nowhere else to go. A bin is a perfect place to sleep. It has readily available food and is shielded from the wind.
Before posting BRs, be sure to actually speak to the person instead of jumping to assumptions and making the person look bad.

Closing Notes: Accused did in fact FailRP by sleeping in the trash can. It has always been classed as FailRP to sleep/sit inside of a trash can.
