With 842hours in server and 7RP points he should know you don't build in unowned propety.
He broke at least 4-5rules yesterday i got no evidence of though wasn't thinking of recording this time,there's a witeness though.
(BodyBlocking,RDA,Patroling as a SRU and, random searching for weapons,insulting
over mic
