I did not get his Steam ID ingame, but it is one of those. I think you can check someplace to see when he was online.
Time in GMT: Today 2 different times but about 16-17.

Summary: First video: Was walking in the city, when i saw him proppushing.
Second image: I was also walking in the city, when i saw him propsurfing.
Third video: Being in the city, i saw him propsurf another time.

Just to make sure. The image and video 2, was two different times, so i did not just ran over and filmed him. = He did it twice.
