I think I have a little Problem with the both Cars!
I just have a SS from the Ambulance Car. The Ford Raptor skin is a Firetruck?

You may have a skin downloaded. This would be client not server side. I would suggest removing any skins you have downloaded off the workshop. This should work but if not then go into the addons folder and delete it. If none of the methods work then I am not sure.
