Title of Bug: /taxi command still does not work
Description: The /taxi command was introduced a few months back, and since it was introduced, it never worked. Wood was working on fixing it until it was forgotten and the whole split happened. The command is still showed in the commands tab and would be great if it could be fixed! It's a great addition if it was to work. It would save having to /pm taxi drivers and all that and make it much more realistic and easy.
Steps to reproduce:
1.) Go Chauffeur
2.) Ask someone to type /taxi test (As any other job apart from Chauffeur.)
3.) No request will come up while being Chauffuer.

Yeah. When it was added I was really excited but then it didn't work :'(.

It surely cannot be that difficult would work similar to the /request and the /taxi command would incorporate %l so you type /taxi
And on the chauffeur side it pops up. "Taxi required at Connectivity Road"
I would assume most of the code is already there with other commands.

Never worked but it would be a great thing and open up new rp's. e.g Uber Driving Services
