While it had long worn off, I still argue it was excessive Considering the clean record.
After all what exactly "IS" Mic spam? (how much,long,loud and factoring number of people?)
However if it must be, I shall simply note to avoid future breeches.

CityRP is based on realism, playing music through your mic is failRP and unrealistic. You know its micspam, and you shouldn't had done that.
