Closing notes:
SpringyBounce (STEAM_0:0:48909973 ) was found guilty of creating KoS laws and ignoring warnings.
He was warned multiple times both in OOC along with PM that he should not create Kos laws, he ignored those warnings. I also checked the laws to make sure he was the one who added them, which it was.
SpringyBounce will be issued a 2 hours blacklist from the president job.
