Summary:
Had "reports" about a person speedhacking and propminging, i was just goin around the map looking for him, i was following the havoc that he left in his path.
So i saw someone move extremely fast around nexus, then he moved to top street, i took an alternative route to intercept him.. and confirming my suspicions, indeed he was speedhacking.
For about a split second in the video you can see his name, clearly visible on the screen.

He was never permabanned, so he came back to the server
