Offense & Summary:

I was in pursuit of these 2 users as a Police Officer and they got stuck in the Bar, so I get out and draw my gun, and order them to get out of the car, they exit the car and I pursue Skatehawk towards the building (where the recording starts), however while I am doing this, Professor. PR0N is lockpicking my vehicle. I then order them multiple times to stop running, which they refuse, and they deliberately attempted to run me over in my own vehicle.
Evidence:
During the video, I was using my mic, repeatedly telling them to stop, however the Mic Audio for me however did not record properly. Also, I fired upon my vehicle (Which they stole because their's was stuck) because the driver intentionally tried to drive me over, as shown in the video.
