Summary: We were continuesly being raided by the police at that time, so when he drove past us we shot at his car. He then turns around and drives past us again, this time we run up to his car and tells him to get out of the car. He refuses to get out while we are pointing guns at him. He is saying he is not breaking FearRP because we shot at his car even though after we shot he stops, turns around and drives past us again.
