I am not able to see my clan although I have a clear clan. Please help.

I don't believe any clan information is meant come up in the character tab.

P.s where do I manage the ranks?

To set a members clan rank do
/clan setrank <name/steamid> <rank number 2-5>
You can press F1 - Clan and see more commands.
