Why we should unban you: I did not ruin any RP at all, I ran into a place and danced once and then was walking out when Ivan Tempski grabbed me with his Physics gun onto a roof. That's pretty much what happened and that does not deserve a 3 month ban nor a ban at all.

Ban time over 3 months: You are allowed to post a second unban request 2 weeks after the first denial, and a third unban request after 8 weeks of the second denial.

Go and jump and minge? Here's what I remember from that day:
I was chatting with Balls on steam and talkin bout doing any rp, I connect to Fearless because I was really wishing to return. I then advert buying donator status (Logs can confirm that) to do secret service RP, I then ran to the BP mechanic and danced once inside it and ran out and got grabbed instantly by you, Ivan. Then we had a little chat and you banned me. That's what happened. If there's something I deserve it's a warning, or if I had a choise I would choose to get a blacklist from for example vehicles, weapons etc. for a little bit instead of a ban.

Why would I warn someone who knows better than this? If I remember correctly they actually told you to stop messing around, that's when I proceeded to question you.

Nobody told me to stop doing anything at all, and as I usually say don't judge by hours, I've seen copswith 0-20 hours better at rping than me

I honestly do not remember anyone telling me to go, and even if they did they could have dealt with it IC by calling The cops.

They told you stop Darth, you and me heard it perfectly well. You weren't there to roleplay, you were solely there to poorly RP and to cause someone to become quite annoyed at you. You know better than that Darth, and from your past bans you should have learn't by now.
