Title of Bug: Unable to Rate on Forums
Description: When I go to the users profile on the forums and click rate it will not do anything at all, the only way I can rate users is via a direct link from their signature.

It's because you're on Google Chrome, and they're blocking anything Java related I believe

Yeah Chrome is now blocking all Java scripts because something to do with 'harmful' stuff or just for the lolz. (I have to download RuneScape now :c)
