I was actually trying to help with the RP, since I was being given a ticker for $300(Wrongfully, but that's another story). I decided that my character, Don Corleone should have the money in sections around his body. He pulled 200 from his hat, and I had just posted the /me for him getting the remainding $100 from his wallet when I was banned. I was even typing the /givemoney.

You took many minutes to RP this and I was watching for the entire time. The fact is you were stalling him repeatedly which is classified as a breakage of FearRP. I will however grant you an unban on the facts you had good intentions.
