Title of Bug: Prop despawning and prop session saving after reconnecting bugs
Description:
After reconnecting, the props you previously spawned as well as any new props disappear after a while.
Related to this is that after reconnecting, the props you spawned prior to the re-connection are not saved along with your prop session.
Steps to reproduce:
- Connect to the server;
- Spawn some props;
- Reconnect to the server via 'retry' console command (or disconnect and connect back);
- Spawn some more props;
- Wait until your prop session saves only the props spawned after reconnecting;
- Wait until all of your props despawn.
