Summary: User was placing props in the middle of the road, presumably to cause major disruption to traffic. He had placed a bigger plate down prior, but then got rid of it and put in place the ones I took screenshots of. There was more, but I couldn't catch them.

Closing notes: After seeing the props being spawned in the middle in the road via the evidence provided, I checked logs and it shows him spamming a furniture prop and glass. The user in question has been issued with a four hour pte (physgun, toolgun and entities) blacklist, if you wish to appeal please post a Unban Request in the Courthouse section of the Forums.
