This happens with other posts as well and is a common issue.

This isn't a bug. This is found when staff are replying to a thread for only other staff to see, at least I'm pretty sure that's what the case is.

They are right. It happens when there are either A: Deleted posts or B: Posts by admins that no one else can see.

Surely normal members should then not even be able to see the extra page at the bottom
