Summary:
A guy was recklessly driving, being a danger to others(running them over)etc.
He made a full stop at nexus, i got my gun pointed at him point blank. He drove away under gunpoint, i chased him.
He then made a semi-stop outside tunnel, where i was able to get him at gunpoint again.
He then drove away.
It is things like this, car chases in general, that make it hard for cops to do their job, people simply break fearRP and this continues until either the suspect or the police runs out of gas or runs into a tree.
