Summary: I was enquiring into an armed shooter and found this user at the apartments who said he was shot at. I asked him to give a description, he mumbled a little and started to walk into his house. I then saw a drug lab, destroyed it and told the officer accompanying me to detain him. He got tased, cuffed and when I requested the warrant, he left.
