Reason why you should be unblacklisted: I was not being "homophobic" and gay is not a "homophobic slur." I put literal in my comment for a reason. My roommates are literally gay and were literally having gay sex in the room adjacent to mine and it was loud and was disturbing me, hence the comment. I don't dislike them but ANYONE would complain if two people (any gender combination, even straight) are having loud nasty sexy in the room next to you (they were screaming I actually went out to check if everything was ok which was awkward as fuck that's why I made the ooc comment).
This blacklist honestly makes no sense. Gay is not a "homophobic slur", if it was why would people that support gay rights and other related rights make an acronym including gay in it? (LGBT)

On another part, Goigle has told me, numerous times, that his roommate is homosexual, and I have heard his roommate communicate through the microphone, and I can verify this.

I can vouch for goigle on this one, being in ts with him a lot. Some nights I hear his roomates banging on the wall, grunting, groaning, and screaming on a good night.

to clarify one of them is not my legal roommate (not in the contract) but he stays the night almost every night, like at least 30 out of 31 days
Hitman and nighthawk should know this as well because I'm pretty sure I've mentioned it to them in teamspeak as well

Can confirm, I usually stay over 4 times a week.
Yesterday was a usual day, I'd come over, eat some mcdonalds with steven, mix it up with a tad of wine and then slowly move towards hardcore porn.
Only this time it was slighty different, while I was fisting steven (I won't go into details), the door opened. There he was, Goigle. He was peaking through the opening of the door, I could tell from the look of his face that he was in awe. It is certainly a huge achievement to have someones hand in your rectum. Goigle asked if he could join in. LONG STORY SHORT, THIS GUY AINT A HOMOPH

On a more serious note, goigle has often mentioned his gay roommates. How else can you describe 2 individuals of the same sex, doing the deed.

Some community members may get offended by statements like the aforementioned OOC message. As I stated in-game shortly after, context matters.
When I read that I viewed it as homophobic due to the tone of the comment.

Yes, I realized that after I made it as well. I was about to send a message clarifying what I said but I got blacklisted before I could send it. That does not change the fact that what I meant was not homophobic and was not a slur.
You viewing it as homophobic due to the "tone" is irrelevant, it is almost never safe to assume the tone of a comment especially when viewing it a negative way.
It's not like you had no idea my roommates were gay.

If saying someone is gay is a homophobic slurr what is the point of any kind of gay movements. The only person in the wrong here is the person who punished someone else for saying the word "gay".
