He just troll around and didnt move behind the red line.
After the SRU punched him behind the red line. He still came back and jumped over the red line (at the end of the Video)

here the last part of the Situation:
I told in the other Video - that the sru should Arrest him.
In this part you see that the SRU wanna taze him (the otherunits still aimed at him with our guns) and he ran away.
