Summary: I was standing in the shooting range and i was shooting as normal, then vito came in and just started shooting but you have to pay. The gun dealer and I where standing in front of him and ordering to pay. He said im not going to pay. And then i said good job, failRP. And then he demoted me for reason taking to much photos without permission.

I am really struggling to understand and visualise what happened here. Can you please try to explain it more clearly and state which rules you think he broke?
Also you have not provided a SteamID, please fix this.

I kinda can visualize what happened there.
However, in the last days I saw that guy (kimo kamal) and he actually was failRPing once.
In this case, I think he failRPed too so he should be punished.
