Yeah, sorry about my bad language. I mean I raided his base cause I saw contra and weeds. I tied him for safety. I destroyed his contra's and I request to 2000$. He ignored it and jumped around with laugh. After that I started to record. So I mugged him.

Insufficient evidence of actual rulebreakage. From video I see he did break FearRP, but how much he broke it is negligible, he pretty much went to the corner.
