Summary: When I'm officer I saw a car he ran over me. I took his Nickname and I check in Tab is he a cop. I found his name he was Carleone. He stole a cop car and doing CDM in city. After that I recorded it. (Also he has 700h.)

The user inside the video is a citizen not a Corleone. Unless you can provide evidence of who the citizen was that was CDMing these people there is nothing we can do. A log check revealed nothing out of the ordinary.

I mean : I saw a guy and he was doing CDM and I record it. Also you can see in video he did CDM a cop. After that I need to his Steam ID and something for send a BR. And I took a Screenshot when he was carleone. So who cares, he was carleone or citizen. He did CDM and I think you need to punish him.

Logs show nothing against him.
