Summary: So the things start like that . I had a meeting with one prisoner after I talked to him I was getting out of Nexus Garage and one of the officer shoot me and handcuffed me for not a valid reason after that the Sru come up to me and randomly arrested me for a reason that I hadn't done.They did the same thing to my friend also..

Random arrests are dealt IC.
Also random cuffing and arrest is so minor offense to punish for.
Take this to the president instead.
