Title of Bug: Chairs becoming owned by N/A When you spawn one.
Description: All Chairs you spawn will be owned by N/A (Noone) And you can't undo, Remove, Move them. They will just make be layin there.

Isn't this just the period from which players leave the server to which their props disappear this happens?

No.. I spawn a chair and I can't move it or anything says just N/A
