This wasn't here before
and it's suddenly came back, I have also not got 14 bans before ;-; Please help me .

Only bans after 01-01-2015 were wiped. The ban expired on 14-01-2015 and therefore probably issued after the "wipe date".
If the ban is longer then 2 weeks (which means it was given before 01-01-2015) make a UBR to get it removed from your record.
