I have the Content pack downloaded and extracted into the addons folder, yet I still have errors IG.

Sounds stupid but I had the same issue. If you have two accounts with Gmod bought/installed make sure the content pack is in the ckrrect accounts addons, as mine were not at first, that fixed it for me.
You may have a different issue though.

Like this? If so I have exactly the same problem, even merged the content with my folders to see if that would fix it..

Just to point out, it worked fine for me.
@above, that looks like you're missing map content more than server content.

This only happens after installing the content pack from the link.. Before downloading the content pack things are just red errors :p

Looking at the last image it seems only a certain part of the car is causing the issue (something at the back).
Maybe the issue is with the number plate.

Just fixed it by re-doing the content pack myself. I still had the .gma files from the very first content packs uploaded by soul laying around, extracted them and made a new addon fixed it for me.
