Are you sure you were propblocked in? It looks like the Police Officer was stuck at the bottom giving the effect of propblocking.

Involved - I was there at the time
There was a prop blocking the entrance to the lift - LuckyLuck used the material tool and made it invisible
If you look at the top right during the video, you can also see LuckyLuck's name when he looks forward
