The rebels and I were fighting the dictators cops when a cop tried to steal/impound my car. so i shot him. i get banned for 24 hours for KOS. rebels are banned from the city....im only defending myself and my property. What rule did i break?

You should use the template and also this seems like more of an unban request than an admin abuse case.
