Title of Bug: Clan System
Description: Invited a clan member to the clan, said he had joined, couldn't rank him up and when he re-joined he wasn't in the clan, tried this three times.

Yes. If you want somebody to join your clan, then the person should FIRST leave the clan he is in. THAN you can invite him without the that is isn't in the clan problem. If you do it like i said than you should see him/her in your Clan member list. And now you can rank him up.

Sadly, he isn't in a clan, therefore this is a bug.

Clan system is fully fixed mate, I could invite, promote/demote and create new ranks.
