I am Castiel and I have decided to open this market, because I noticed that interest in passiveRP has gone up the past few weeks, with my Business Studies GSSE being remembered, I am starting a company to fit what people want. Reasons for Price Change:
The price for your build shall change if you purchase the priority package of course, but it will also increase in price for its complexity, if it takes me more than 6 hours of build time (Going into my personal time).

I need the fully customisable deluxe package + aggressive price. - I'm looking for a house type base with a garage underneath - two story high building with stairs inside the garage. I've attempted to build this myself however I've failed miserably. I need a 16x16 base, walled off with 3x8 walls. A second floor consisting of the same format as the bottom floor. I need a ramp leading from inside the garage up to the second floor with a keypad door at the top of the ramp. With the garage I want one 3x8 wall to open to allow vehicles to pass into it, I want the door to be keybad activiated and for it to stand on a pole outside the garage to allow us to access it. As for the materials, realistic looking materials such as wood would be okay however a modern looking house would be awesome. For the second floor the design can be open plan. I want this base to be legally unraidable, so without breaking any double door rules. I want this to be a legal doom fort.
