Rule 11.7 removal - SoulRipper - 08-16-2015
Rule 11.7 has been removed.
"11.7 President’s may only become a dictator with admin approval."
This rule is blocking RP and I don't see any need for an admin to approve it first. I disagreed with the implementation of it back then, and as the community brought this rule to my attention a few days ago, it has now been removed.
It will take some time for the servers to update.

You need to wait 20 minutes before going dictator
And you need a valid RP reason to ban stuff
