It is not a bug.
You are able to accept or deny the warrant with the Tick and Cross. You can access it by opening the Chat as if you was going to chat but click on the Tick or Cross to decide what you want to do.

A easier way is to do just hold TAB, to choose the warrants

You can press the 'Y' key to bring up your typing box which also allows mouse movement. Click the tick or deny the warrants.

It is the warrant system, therefore this should be closed.

Oh i tried pressing the buttons and they didn't work, thats why i posted.
